Kim Song is an independent business woman since 1981 when she began contracting with the U.S. Army for concession contracts also providing subcontracted janitorial service contracts for large janitorial concerns holding U.S. federal contracts.

She also was operating manager and project manager for numerous large state and federal janitorial service contracts such as with Lackland AFB and The University of Texas at Austin. She is the founder of Royal Kim Maintenance Inc. a full service commercial janitorial service company.
